TERMS & CONDITIONS

In For Riders Bike Shop we are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 days to return the product and exchange it for any other product of the store, as long as you meet the following conditions:

1. Products must be returned intact; They can not be used or damaged.
2. Products must carry the identifying labels and must be attached to the product.
3. Products will be returned in their original packaging.

WARRANTY

The customers of For Riders Bike Shop benefit from the warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of the items.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.
Losses in the functionality of the items, due to the limitations of their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

The Company FOR RIDERS BIKE SHOP and its manager Mr. Luis Javier Saura Paredes are not a company dedicated to events and as such are NOT responsible for the possible liabilities that may be incurred or occasioned in the course of events carried out under their name, or to be initiated in their facilities or periphery . Therefore, each person participating in the development of these bike trips will be the only ones responsible for the totality of the damages themselves and to third parties that they may cause, to respect the rules of the road and to maintain a civic attitude. With this public and visible communication on the networks, the company and its manager are exempt from any civil and criminal liability that someone would claim to attribute, for all legal purposes.
